Bore Flex Industries

A-D Technologies, a portfolio company of Audax Group, completed the acquisition of Bore Flex Industries. Bore Flex manufactures HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes and conduits for the telecom, power, and pressure pipe segments. Bore Flex has facilities in Mountain Grove, MO; Tennille and Sandersville, GA; and a distribution center in Ft. Myers, FL.

Empire Today (dba Empire Carpet)

Mercury Capital, Inc. completed the acquisition of Empire Today, LLC. Empire Today, also known as Empire Carpet, has been a leading provider of installed home improvements and home furnishings for over 50 years. Empire provides services to residential and business customers with a wide selection of name-brand products of carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic, vinyl flooring and window treatments. The company provides shop-at-home convenience or on-site consultation, and next day professional installation to more than 45 major metropolitan areas in the United States.

Federal Coach LLC

J.B. Poindexter and Co. completed the acquisition of Federal Coach LLC.  Federal Coach is a manufacturer of limousines, midsized buses, and funeral coaches. For more than one hundred years, Federal Coach has been a leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing and is a Ford Qualified Vehicle Modifier and Cadillac Master Coachbuilder. Federal's funeral coaches, limousines and vans are some of the best selling models in America.

Kings Electronics Co., Inc.

Winchester Electronics Corporation, a portfolio company of Audax Group, completed the acquisition of Kings Electronics Co., Inc. Kings Electronics designs, manufactures, and sells RF coaxial connectors for the broadcast, telecommunications, industrial, high-energy, commercial, military, and aerospace markets. Additionally, the company offers video jacks, micro-miniature systems, triaxial connectors, patch plugs, adapters, and custom cable assemblies. Kings Electronics sells its products directly, as well as through distribution partners. The company was founded in 1943.

Kranson Industries

Bain Capital completed the acquisition of Kranson Industries. Kranson is a leading source of rigid packaging, with extensive capabilities in package design and engineering, logistics, and international sourcing, all driven by a dedication to excellent customer service. Kranson supplies a range of specialty packaging products including plastic bottles, glass bottles, closures, or other rigid packaging components.

Production Resource Group, Inc.

The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of Production Resource Group, Inc. Production Resource Group is the leading, independent provider of lighting equipment and services to the premier live event industry, operating as a single-source provider of technology solutions to the live entertainment market including Broadway theater, concert tours, corporate events and themed environments. The Company sells and rents its products and services to several thousand customers worldwide. 

Radiac Abrasives

WestView Capital completed the acquisition of Radiac Abrasives. Radiac is a leading manufacturer of bonded abrasive and super abrasive grinding wheels in the United States. Radiac provides a full line of over 35,000 grinding products to over 20,000 customers across various industrial markets including aerospace, oil and gas, primary metals and automotive. At Radiac’s Salem, IL Flagship facility, more than a quarter of a million square feet are dedicated to production and inventory. 

Rowmark, Inc.

Clearview Capital completed the acquisition of Rowmark, Inc. Rowmark is the leading manufacturer and marketer of specialty plastic sheet and related products for the awards/recognition, engraving and signage markets. Based in Findlay, Ohio, Rowmark specializes in the manufacture of thin gauge plastic sheet, which can be engraved to produce signage, name plates and tags, trophy plaques and other products. Rowmark is the dominant producer of plastic sheet for these applications in North America and has a rapidly growing share of these products worldwide.

Rug Doctor

American Capital Strategies completed the acquisition of Rug Doctor. Rug Doctor is the largest manufacturer and marketer of premium steam cleaning carpet care machines rented and sold to consumers. Rug Doctor rents machines to over six million consumers annually through approximately 42,000 retails outlets. Additionally, there are over 40 licensees of Rug Doctor products. Rug Doctor is located in Plano, Texas and currently has over 700 employees worldwide.

Saegertown Manufacturing Corporation

MacLean-Fogg Company completed the acquisition of Saegertown Manufacturing Corporation. Saegerton manufactures precision parts for the transportation, appliance, energy, road construction, mining, and fire protection industries. It offers cold headed, cold forged, cold formed, and screw-machined parts, as well as industrial couplings, bits, and hose fittings. The company was founded in 1965 and is based in Saegertown, Pennsylvania.

The Mudlogging Company

Reservoir Group, a portfolio company of SCF Partners, completed the acquisition of The Mudlogging Company. The Mudlogging Company is a leading provider of onshore and offshore surface logging operations to the oil and gas industry in the US Gulf Coast and surrounding regions. Through its proprietary software and technology, the company's surface logging service allows for the identification of hydrocarbon zones and other geological features while a well is being drilled.

Teknekron Infoswitch

Greenwich Street Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Teknekron Infoswitch. Teknekron is a pioneer technology company with a long list of patents and market-changing technology inventions. Teknekron holds patents for the first automated call monitoring (AutoQuality) and online evaluation (P&Q Review) systems and for several Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) products, among others. Teknekron continues its leadership position for emerging technologies with a strong and continuous pipeline of innovative products.

TT Systems

The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of TT Systems. TT Systems supplies telephone technologies to the North American consumer/retail markets. TT Systems experienced rapid growth as a supplier of telephones under the BELL ® Equipment SONECOR logo, as well as being awarded the IBM ® license for communications products sold in the United States and Canada. TT Systems also supplies cordless multi-line sets, cordless headsets, cordless headset telephones, and Caller ID technology to retailers.
